It's been a year and a bit since the world shut down due to the pandemic. We haven't stopped working on our goal of establishing a Natural Burial Sanctuary in the Cariboo but it's been a slow slog. No local in person events to spread the word; to educate and share the vision.
It's been a tough go but we remain undaunted.
We've been very active online and that's a great way to reach folks all over the world and to garner interest and support for our project but (and there's that but again) it does little to garner the support of people in the Cariboo and that's what we really need to do.
We look forward to attending local Farmers Markets this spring and summer where we can talk one on one with folks. We'd like to offer some outdoor information sessions and be able to distribute our brochure.
We're hopeful that we can take our presentation to City Council ~ that kind of thing.
And so, this is just a check in. To let you know that we're here and hard at it and we hope to see you in person one day very soon! Onward friends.
